3Payments & Withdrawals

If there are pending withdrawals at the time of account closure and no terms violation has occurred, those funds will be paid out. For accounts under investigation, the balance may be held until the investigation is concluded.

• To close your account yourself, submit a written request to support.
• If a cancellation occurs due to a terms violation, the bonus balance will not be refunded.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reinstated before the specified period has ended.

10Changes to Terms
